Product Thinking
I'm not a designer or a developer — my key product strengths are empathy, logic, and attention to detail, all of which culminate in the ability to walk through design problems from a user's point of view.
At its core, UX is about solving problems; creating flows that articulate a problem clearly, then walk a user through how to solve it. Below are a couple examples of flows I've collaborated on to solve tricky UX problems in elegant, user-friendly ways.
"Missing records" UX problem
In which users mistakenly believed records were missing, when in fact they had committed a Search, and were simply viewing a subset of their records.
Single Solution Structure Update
Major update to the tabular structure in Transpose, where all updates to a table ("Solution") are immediately pushed to existing records.
